Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA). When you visit the site, Vercel processes technically necessary server log data (including IP address, time of access, page requested) to deliver the website and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place with Vercel; transfers to the USA are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Contact form

If you use our contact form, we process the data you enter (name, email address, company (optional), message) solely to handle your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

The data is stored in a database at Supabase (EU region) and delivered to us by email via the Resend service. To protect against spam we use a technical honeypot field and rate limiting; no tracking takes place.

Your data is never shared for advertising purposes and is deleted once it is no longer required to handle your inquiry, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Local storage, cookies and tracking

This website uses no cookies and no analytics or tracking tools. Your appearance preference (light/dark) is stored only locally in your browser (localStorage) and is never transmitted to us.

Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, e.g. the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
